Policies:

Minimum two-hour booking is required for any session. A one-hour minimum is required for tape/CD copy and/or editing.

Deposit All bookings require 50% in advance to confirm and reserve time with balance due upon completion of session, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Billing will commence from the booked start time regardless of whether client has arrived or not. Clients will be fully credited for any delay or down-time for which Hitmakers Recording Studio is responsible.

Computer audio files, hard drives, CD’s and tapes remain the property of Hitmakers Recording Studio until all bills are paid in-full.

NOTE :  Materials and content storage at Hitmakers Recording Studio is provided for client convenience only. Hitmakers Recording Studio assumes no risk and makes no guarantee for the safety of client materials in production or storage, or for the contents of materials prepared for the client. All risk for the safety of materials, contents and delivery, including loss or destruction, are assumed by and are solely the responsibility of the client. Client materials left for more than 30 days will be discarded.

Damage. Clients are responsible for any and all damage to studio property resulting from client's misuse or negligence.

Rescheduling. Client will be billed for all time booked, unless cancelled or rescheduled as follows: Notice of cancellation must be received not less than forty-eight hours prior to start time.

Cancellation fees may also apply to any extras or equipment rentals specific to the session, including musicians, producers and/or engineers
